Meet The Speaker
Evelyn "Ella" Pérez-Albino is a distinguished Fortune 500 legal executive and employment attorney, now a speaker and career strategist. She founded Ella Elevates LLC, a consulting firm focused on career advancement for professionals of color. Previously, she served as Associate General Counsel at Meta, overseeing global DEI and HR strategies, and as Director of Labor & Employment at JetBlue Airways, where she shaped the airline's diversity initiatives. With over 20 years of corporate experience, Evelyn leverages her background as a first-generation Afro-Latina to empower others in their careers. She provides executive coaching, speaking engagements, and corporate consulting to enhance diversity in leadership pipelines. A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she also holds a B.A. from CUNY’s Macaulay Honors College. Raised in Washington Heights, NYC, Evelyn is a native Spanish speaker and actively mentors young professionals of color. She resides in New York with her family and enjoys traveling and culinary experiences.
