Christine Lewis didn’t start her career thinking she’d become a leader in financial services—she started with a passion for communication and a drive to solve problems. With a background in Mass Communications and Public Relations, she quickly realized that the best financial solutions aren’t just about numbers; they’re about people, trust, and strategy. Over the past decade at T. Rowe Price, Christine has navigated the evolving world of investment management, leading teams, developing innovative advisory solutions, and driving operational excellence. As the Director of Operations and Offer Management, she spearheads initiatives that not only enhance efficiency but also create meaningful client experiences, ensuring that advisory offers align with real-world needs.

Her journey through financial services has been one of transformation—both for the teams she’s led and the clients she’s served. From managing complex advisory products to optimizing large-scale operations, Christine has a track record of turning challenges into opportunities. She thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and innovation, helping her teams adapt to change while staying true to their mission.

Christine is also passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and process improvement, holding an MBA in Process Improvement from Nova Southeastern University and multiple industry certifications, including Series 7, 6, and 24 licenses. Whether she’s leading a team, collaborating with colleagues, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, her message is clear: Success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about how you empower others to grow along the way.

Christine Smith
Christine Smith
VP, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Business Partner - Global Distribution

Christine Smith is a Vice President, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Business Partner at T. Rowe Price, supporting the Global Distribution Business. In her role, Christine is responsible for developing and implementing the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy for the division, which includes all of the distribution channels and sales teams. Serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership, Christine works to drive results across the sales organization through ensuring diverse voices are heard, represented, and embedded into the business, enabling T. Rowe Price to better serve the diverse clients they serve. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Christine served Executive Director, Regional Diversity Officer at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and led the establishment and growth of the DEI function at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Across her roles, she has focused on the importance of generational wealth by both supporting the career journeys of current and prospective financial professionals from underrepresented backgrounds and connecting and supporting marginalized communities through the foundation of financial education.

Christine received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Graduate Center, CUNY. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and marketing from Villanova University and a M.S. and M.Phil. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, CUNY. She continues to be active in the research community, presenting at conferences and authoring academic publications on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Candess Carter

Client Engagement Manager, Associate at T. Rowe Price

Candess Carter, an Associate Client Engagement Manager in US Intermediaries – Wealth Management, assists in coordinating client activities, positions financial products, and oversees RFPs and data research requests. Candess had been with T. Rowe Price since 2013. Prior to her current role, Candess served as a Business Support Liaison supporting Institutional Investors in Americas – Global Consultant Relations Candess earned an B.A. in Communications from North Carolina Central University and a master’s in public relations from University of Maryland - Global Campus. Candess is also a candidate for the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation. She is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.

Cynthia Ramirez

Associate Sales Director at T. Rowe Price
Cynthia has been with T. Rowe Price since 2012. She started her career as a bilingual representative within RPS. She has held various leadership positions throughout her time with T. Rowe Price, including Retirement Plan Services (RPS), Individual Investors (II), II Client Processing, and II College Savings. Cynthia transitioned to a senior sales consultant role within U.S. Intermediaries (USI), where she helped drive gross and net sales for different investment vehicles. Her dedication to clients, achieving results, mentoring, and developing others led her to become a Lead Sales Consultant. Cynthia was then promoted to her existing role as a Regional Sales Consultant in RPS, where she supports several Sales Executives. Cynthia earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses. Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her loved ones and giving back to her community. She is currently involved with the Chicas in Bloom Conference in Colorado Springs helping middle and high school Latina students pursue higher academic goals.
Heather Huddleston

Senior Financial Advisor at T. Rowe Price

Heather was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and during that time she got her bachelor’s degree in biology from UCCS in 2013. After she graduated, she ended up working in retail management. After 2 years she was hired by T. Rowe Price and started in retail services. She worked in different client service roles from 2015 to 2019. Then she was hired into the intermediary side of T. Rowe Price in sales. She worked their till 2022 when she left to work at Charles Schwab on their 401K side also in a sales role. In 2023 Heather came back to T. Rowe Price as an Advisor on the Retirement Advisory Service team, and she is currently a Senior Advisor. Since she has been at T. Rowe Price she has gotten her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, the Chartered Retirement Panning Counselor designation, and the Retirement Certified Financial Planning designation.
