Madhura Chopda currently works at Elastic as a senior director of engineering leading Enterprise Security Analyst experience team. She just completed her 5 year anniversary. She leads a team of awesome engineers and leaders who are passionate about making an impact, build performant enterprise security software, believe in open culture and collaboration.She started her engineering career working in access, provisioning and identity management at Persistent Systems in Pune, India in 2004. A serendipity brought her to the silicon valley in 2007 and that shaped her career into enterprise security further. Her work included numerous projects related to data collection, parsing, normalization, data storage, monitoring, config mgmt, etc. She is very passionate about working with people.

Alexandra is a Senior Support Manager with several years of experience both in Support and in Development environments. She has worked with many different customers, big and small, on many different technologies. At the heart of what she does is diversity. She has been an active member in the Women ERGs in different companies and leads the Elastic ERG for 3 years.
