Rheanna Henson is a Senior AI Solutions Partner at Vizient, where she drives the adoption and optimization of artificial intelligence tools across business units. In this role, she collaborates with department-specific AI Champions to design persona-based strategies, tailor GPT-powered solutions, and guide teams through training, enablement, and ongoing support. She specializes in translating emerging generative AI technologies into practical, accessible applications that improve workflows, enhance productivity, and create measurable impact.Before pivoting into AI, Rheanna built her career in healthcare strategy with Sg2, where she specialized in health equity, community health, and social determinants of health. She contributed to market forecasts, whitepapers, and executive presentations that helped health systems navigate uncertainty and shape service line and population health strategies. Her earlier experience includes strategic planning at BJC HealthCare, where she developed market assessments and operational analyses to support organizational performance and workforce planning.Rheanna earned a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor of arts in urban studies from Rhodes College.
