Accomplished executive with more than 10 years experience in Operations, Finance and Information Technologies. She ensured overall efficiency of operational processes, financial performance while controlling operational risks and costs. She successfully conducted organization transformations, implement efficient communication strategies and work closely with business partners locally and abroad. As a member of the Executive Committee, she actively participated to strategic initiatives providing operational and financial plans in order to reach the company corporate objectives. She is a dynamic, engaged and result driven leader with an exemplary track record in change management. She is a leader with proven ability to communicate effectively and develop the full potential of individuals and groups in support of organizational objectives.

Kateryna Zaslavska
Kateryna Zaslavska

Development Lead in Settlements Technology at Morgan Stanley.

Executive level director for Morgan Stanley in Montreal. She has been with the company since August of 2009. Prior, she worked as a Senior J2EE Engineer/Team Lead with TEKsystems, as a Senior Software Engineer with Sysdate, and a Software Engineer with EnranTelecom. Kateryna received a Masters of Business Administration from Concordia University.

David Cardon
David Cardon

Reliability & Production Engineering Montreal Lead at Morgan Stanley.

Executive Director at Morgan Stanley responsible for Production Management functions in Montreal. The department spans front, middle, and back office functions for Institutional Securities and Finance, in addition to Cross-Business Support Services including Client/Product Reference Data, Advisory, and Access Management.

A 15-year career focused on Foreign Exchange trading and risk management systems forms the foundation of David’s professional expertise. As a direct observer of the industry’s evolution during good times and bad, David has consistently been a change agent with passion for efficiency and risk reduction through innovation. He is also passionate about people, and is a vocal advocate for LGBTQ equality and inclusion in the workplace. He is the founding member of the Montreal chapter of Morgan Stanley’s Pride & Ally organization, established in 2016.

Lynne Tudor-Long

Access Management Regional Lead at Morgan Stanley.

Lynne Tudor-Long has worked in the Technology field for over 20 years in Canada and the USA helping corporations such as Lucent Technologies, Sprint, Fujitsu, Astral Media, Bombardier, to name a few, and in the Financial Services industry for the National Bank of Canada, Desjardins, and Morgan Stanley.

Among other accomplishments, Lynne co-founded and was President of Accelia, a Risk & Compliance Professional Services firm which was acquired in 2006 by Fujitsu, a leading world-wide technology enterprise.

Lynne helps companies improve their Technology Risk posture by building and managing high performing teams and implementing effective innovative Cybersecurity and Access Management solutions. She's an avid student of Geopolitics and Human Rights, as well as a Real Estate Investment amateur in Montreal, Canada.
