I was told I was terrible at "dealing with ambiguity". How could this be? My whole career as a Project and Process manager was dealing with ambiguity. This started me on my journey towards a career in Change Management. I learned the “missing link” present in all changes and most importantly, where to focus when change isn't happening.
70% of Change Initiatives fail! We see it in our daily lives (“I keep forgetting to have a mask ready when we get deliveries and then have to go running around in a panic!”) and at work (trouble introducing new IT tools, processes, transformations, re-organizations, etc.).
