As a Director of Product Management in the Cyber Security Industry, part of differentiating my product wasn't just the security that it brings, but also the value, usability and confidence the product gave to customers. Understanding what customers need is a challenge and it's not always what you might think it is. Sometimes as product managers we might rush to conclusions and create a feature when there is no user on the other end for it.
In this session I will answer:
With almost 11 years of experience in Cyber Security, in both management and technical leadership positions I have been able to lead the major, strategic road-map and feature design of my company's product, leading innovation and differentiation of the product within the market. Recently shifting towards go-to-market strategies and sales enablement in order to breach a larger market segment for the product. Previously, I had relocated to Spain, growing the region in the functions of pre-sales, outbound product management and business development. I have also previously led cyber analyst teams, cyber operations and research.
