I used to never quite feel like I fit in, navigating race and identity between polarized communities. It wasn't until I learn that my uniqueness is my superpower and the resilience that Black women have taught me over the years, was I able to shine personally and professionally. I want to talk about Black excellence and the impact it has on society when Black women learn how to embrace their truest selves and allies learn how to support from a place of authenticity and intention.
In this chat, I want you to walk away with:
- A clear understanding of the impact Black people have on society
- Tips on how to step into your identity and embrace your excellence
- Ways Black women can stop shrinking themselves to make others feel comfortable and how allies can support
