Neha is an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She joined the American Express team over 14 years ago as a Management Trainee and has since held various roles including System Analyst, Sr. Business Analyst, Lead Project Manager, Sr. Engineer, Engineering Director, and now the Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence Engineering.

Nagendra joined the American Express team almost two years ago as the Vice President of Technology for Global Merchant & Network Services. Prior, he served as the Director of Data Engineering at Trusting Social. Nagendra believes in building long-lasting partnerships with trust, integrity, and simplicity and with peers across the spectrum, as well as empowering and equipping his teams to accomplish their goals and objectives.

Sugandhi joined the American Express team almost two years ago as the Vice President of Technology for Global Technology Operation Services. Prior, she served as the Head of Service Delivery Center at Autodesk where she managed a global team to provide 24*7 IT Operations.

Lizzie leads the Technology Talent Excellence team at American Express, a global centre of excellence committed to making Amex the best, most inclusive and diverse place to work in technology. Lizzie joined the company in 2006 and has held a number of increasingly responsible technical and leadership roles, all with a technology focus. She has supported a wide swath of Amex businesses, including in the commercial, corporate and consumer spaces. Being on both sides of the confidante relationship has been hugely important to Lizzie, and she is passionate about mentoring women, sharing her career journey as a working mother, and actively supporting others that wish to grow their careers as technologists.

Madhurima Khandelwal is the Vice President and Head of Amex AI Labs within Credit and Fraud Risk, with her team based in India and US. In this role, she leads the charter to build and drive state-of-the-art AI capabilities and solutions to solve high-impact and complex business problems for the enterprise.

In her previous role, Madhurima delivered impactful and innovative business outcomes in an enterprise role applying AI/ML techniques to power personalization in customer digital channels (MYCA/Web, Mobile App, Email) and across content types. These are among the largest and most complex AI/ML applications across the Company.

She is a flagbearer of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) for Amex, leading I&D for her line of business in India for many years, as well as being a Core Committee Member of Amex India I&D Council. She is passionate about creating a culture of inclusiveness and empowerment for all our colleagues at Amex.

Madhurima has been with American Express for over 15 years, leading large teams of professional analysts and data scientists. She has played a myriad of leadership roles across enterprise teams, most recently as VP, Enterprise Customer Data Science Team.

She holds a Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. Outside of work, she loves to travel, dance and explore new cuisines, and is kept very busy with two young daughters.
