Meet The Speakers
Nisaa is a Marketing Designer, Specialist on Capco's Global Marketing team. Nisaa made a purposeful career pivot from being a community-builder in the nonprofit sector to designing in the financial industry. While excelling as a designer at Capco, Nisaa has also been dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As a founding member and lead of Black@Capco, Nisaa works to fulfill its mission to provide a network focusing on recruiting diverse talent and Black employees' advancement opportunities.
Joanne Pan is an Associate at Capco based out of New York with a knack for storytelling. She is passionate about developing unique solutions for the full, diverse breadth of the human experience. She brings an unquenchable curiosity, an eye for detail, and an empathetic mindset to any project she takes on. She has experience in market research, brand marketing, change management communications, testing analysis, and prototyping. Outside of client work, Joanne is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion as a founding member and co-lead for Asian@Capco. She graduated cum laude from Baruch College with a major in Accounting and a minor in New Media Arts.
