Meet The Speaker
Shelby Wolfe has kept a daily mindfulness practice for the past 5 years.
She is a Registered Yoga Instructor, has designed a mindfulness curriculum for children, and has delivered her guided practices to many corporate teams over the past year. Shelby believes mindfulness practice is the most accessible form of self-mastery and serves as an ethical lens for self-inquiry.
