Ajuna Kyaruzi
Technical Evangelist

Ajuna is invested in the intersection of people and technology and learning more about developing code that improves people's lives, even in the smallest of ways. She is very passionate about sharing tech with other folks and currently looking to connect with folks working in DevOps/SRE and DevRel.

Ajuna has worked in Developer Relations at Datadog since May of 2021.

Melissa Shaiman
Melissa Shaiman
Benefits Manager

As a high-achieving PHR professional, and benefits leader, Melissa is known for scaling and elevating employee plan offerings to remain competitive as well as to gain cost efficiencies. She has earned a reputation for providing strategic leadership of plan design, program development, cost management, communications, and vendor relationships.

Melissa has impacted Datadog as Benefits Manager since May of 2020.

Mayumi Worgotter

Director of Internal Communications and DEI

Mayumi has served as Datadog's Director, Internal Communications and Diversity & Inclusion, for the past six months. Prior to joining the team, she served as Director, Global Internal Communications, for WeWork.

Mayumi's previous career stops include Macy's, H&M, and Barnes & Noble.

Alex Gordon
Alex Gordon
Principal, Recruiting Programs

Alex's work involves a mix of talent strategy, headhunting, branding, process optimization, interview design, storytelling, and org design - all in deep partnership with engineering leadership and key architects. She joined Datadog in August of 2021.

Her engineering journey began when digital advertising moved away from "microsite + banner" thinking toward software, and deeper experiences. She managed operations and resourcing for an engineering team at a famous ad agency, looking to expand their in-house capabilities. It wasn't long before she was also sourcing and hiring the engineers.

She's since worked with teams and products at the forefront of innovation - from wearables and IoT hubs to music streaming and SaaS platforms. Along the way she's learned from some of the brightest technology, design, and brand minds, furthering her understanding of how great teams (and products) take shape.

While Alex "lives" in engineering, she's also worked with Product Design, UX, and Product Management - really any discipline with a significant product impact.

Natalie Altman
Natalie Altman
Product Manager

Natalie has spent the last five years at Datadog. She started her journey as an intern, increasing the scale of interactions using Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Providers. She also demoed product and interacted with 500+ potential and current clients, and assisted the support team on troubleshooting Cloud Integrations-related issues. From there, Natalie went to Software Engineer.

Now, since 2019, Natalie has worked as Product Manager for collaboration, notification, ticketing, and non-cloud API driven integrations, plus Datadog's new Network Device Monitoring product.

Ashley Miller
Ashley Miller
Senior Director, Engineering

Ashley has held her role as Senior Director, Engineering, for the past four years, leading development for Datadog's core analytics products. Her teams create beautiful data visualizations for metrics and infrastructure, build fast, scalable services; and make slick UIs. They build in react, Python, and Go.

Prior career stops include Buzzfeed, Birchbox, and Knewton. In her former life, Ashley worked for the Office of Congressman Joe Sestak.
