Meet The Speakers

Eilisa Reid
Eilisa Reid
GVP, Service Delivery, APO Service Delivery (NetOps)

Eilisa Reid is a senior information technology leader with experience managing business delivery, technology design and development, and operations across large scale service delivery ecosystems. Currently, Eilisa is the Group Vice President of Service Delivery Applications within Network Operations at Charter Communications. Since joining Charter 4.5 years ago, Eilisa has been responsible for operating the national DNS, CPE, Directory, Email, Portal, Mobile, Provisioning, and Activation platforms across the Charter national footprint.

GVP Video Experience, Product and Technology

Elena is the GVP of Product strategy and execution for linear, VOD, metadata, curation, and packaging at Charter. She works closely with Technology, Marketing, and Content Acquisition teams.

Laura Moche
Laura Moche
VP, Engineering, Video Delivery

Laura is VP responsible for leading Platform QA and Integration efforts for Cloud Video-based solutions. Laura manages a cross functional team of system, platform, network, video and software engineers who focus on platform builds, compute, storage, network and software configurations.

Stephanie Brawley

Sr. Director, Video Operations, Video Tools / Automation

Stephanie joined Charter in 2018 with the Video Operations Support Center where she was responsible for Metrics and Reporting, working cross-functionally with other stakeholders to drive performance improvements. In 2020, Stephanie was promoted to lead the Video Operations Tools & Automation Team as well as oversee the Metrics and Reporting. Prior to Charter, Stephanie worked for a Software Development company in which she gained a wealth of experience in the areas of Software Development and Implementation. Stephanie obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and JD from University of Nebraska.


In Stephanie’s current role, the Tools and Automation Team’s primary objective is monitoring network health and proactively identifying network events to enhance our customers’ viewing experience. The team develops operational tools and is focused on process automation.

Michelle Hurt

Senior Director, IP Video and Advanced Advertising Validation

Michelle is a dynamic and knowledgeable information systems professional with over twenty years of expertise in business development, technology project management, quality assurance, and corporate groupware communications architectures. She is accomplished in data mining and creating intranet solutions for internal cross-department communications and business-critical reporting. Michelle possesses an ability to build and develop solid business relationships with all levels of professionals utilizing excellent communications skills. She is a true team player, manager, and liaison ensuring all expectations are achieved with a positive outcome.

Michelle joined the Spectrum Denver team in 2017.
