Hello, I am a member of a very small team of 8 experienced SME. However my tasks are more strategic as I am involved in key initiatives. We all have the same title on our team, except for one junior member. I have a hard time pushing the initiatives, would a lateral move (different title) be enough to give me more recognition within the team, or is this a case that I try and ask for a promotion? I am a part of the team, but being "just" a colleague does not give me the authority to move things along. In your opinion, what would be a win-win solution?
