I’m starting an allergen free meal delivery service. I was working with consultants and got into a complicated revenue share and things stopped. I want to recruit a dedicated harmonious and inspired star team that works with me from now and expands, but it’s tricky on a lot of the start up platforms to find skilled people with the passion that are ready to expand the my vision. I’m looking for a master supply chain manager, a master chef who’s skilled with cooking chemistry and substitutes, CTO, and people with investment background. If you don’t want to sit on linked in, what’s a good way to attract skilled people that may have been consultants that are ready to give this a try? What kind of posts would you write? I also want to create a high quality innovative culture and embody the kind of energy that Ian Shrager formed studio 54 with, where its larger than life fun and exciting, and everyone is fine with everyone else’s culture. I want it to be a haven for inclusion and acceptance, everyone feels free to take it up a notch and create phenomenal culinary experiences and touches on each sense. I know that will require some stars and the kind of people that everyone wants to be in a room with. How would you try to find those stars or get the cofounders to make that happen?
