We're looking to stand up a Neurodiversity employee resource group! In our research externally, we've noticed that Neurodiversity is often tied together with the themes of Accessibility/Disability as it concerns ERGs. However, in our preliminary talks around group development with employees, some expressed concern that this focus may be too general/forcing neurodivergent individuals to speak on matters of disability. How have you and others navigated situations like this and found a way forward when supporting neurodiversity + accessibility for all in ERGs?
