Our biggest gap is having sales (or the front office answering the phones) asking people where they heard about us and then tracking it - so we can know which marketing is effective. I’d love to bridge a gap there. We also use outside marketing for a lot of PPC and Facebook ads. How do we get the same internal messages? The outside marketing seem to do their own thing to get leads, and it doesn’t exactly align with what we’re saying internally when people call.
