Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an Associate Project Manager for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Maneja, Vadodara, India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

Job Description:
General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).
Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects).
On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Customer assistance (Domestic & Export) ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
Customer requests recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place. Customer relations proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Responsible for all the projects for the assigned region – from order booking to dispatch –Drawing approvals / manufacturing schedules / Including FAT / Payment terms / SAP invoicing. Data analysis prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.

Basic Qualifications (Required skills/ experience)
Preference will be for qualified candidate worked on same / relevant background and GIS Project Engineering.
HV GIS/ HV Product knowledge.
Experience in Order handling / Order management from Switchgears / disconnectors / instrument transformers.
Excellent communications skills Analytical and problem-solving skill with ability to manage multiple tasks handled export order execution SAP.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
Knowledge of SAP (MM Module).
Multi culture experience is a benefit.
Typical Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
7-10 years of professional work experience
