Position Overview
As an important member of the EMEA Channel Leadership Team and reporting to the Senior Director of Channel Sales, the Director of Partner Development and Volume Business is responsible for formulating and executing channel strategies that align with ADSK's business goals and lead the Volume business target for EMEA. Your role will involve managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing regional performance across our partners. The director oversees partner recruitment, onboarding, and development programs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contractual obligations
Responsibilities
Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to align with ADSK's our goals
- Identify target markets, partner segments, and growth opportunities
Partner Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with important strategic partners
- Engage with C-level executives to align ADSK offerings with their go-to-market strategies
Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners across EMEA
- Evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure comprehensive onboarding and training
Channel Program Development:
- Design and oversee channel programs that provide partners with necessary resources, incentives, and support
- Implement co-marketing programs, joint business planning, and sales enablement activities
- Manage the budget and ensure positive ROI from all investment programs
Sales Enablement:
- Provide sales enablement resources and training to enhance partner capabilities
- Develop and conduct regular training sessions and workshops
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Establish KPIs to measure partner performance and the effectiveness of channel programs
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Identify sales opportunities and increase revenue with partners.
- Collaborate on joint business planning and co-selling activities.
- Track and report on revenue growth metrics.
Volume Business Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the PSEB volume business across EMEA.
- Align with global goals and provide EMEA market insights to the global AutoCAD Business Strategy Team
- Create and execute business plans tailored to contracted and non-contracted resellers.
- Adjust strategies based on segment-specific needs and opportunities
Sales Strategy and Performance Optimization:
- Drive sales initiatives for both contracted and non-contracted channels against targets
- Regularly review performance data to adapt strategies and exceed targets
- Provide insights to finance teams for accurate forecasting
- Proven experience in channel strategy development and transformation
- Experience with market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- 10+ years of experience in developing and managing channel programs and sales enablement initiatives
