Experience and Education:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Logistics Planner, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer, or related position. Experience to include: Supply chain analytics; Supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Develop supply chain models; Benchmarking analysis; Project Management techniques; Six Sigma tools and processes; Plan for Every Part (PFEP); Materials planning parameters; Materials Master Data Management.
Develop complex supply chain analytics to make operational performance and trends visible. Provide supply chain analytics that cross organizations and Business Units, such as through put time, lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Lead Six Sigma and supply chain improvement projects. Use complex processes, tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis. Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports. Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans. Use business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable. Develop supply chain models for scenario analysis, and conduct internal and external benchmarking analysis. Apply analytical tools and processes such as Six Sigma to solve complex problems by identifying an issue’s scope and parameters while analyzing it from multiple perspectives and determining the root cause and broad implications of issues. Utilize Plan for Every Part (PFEP) to ensure correct delivery of parts guaranteeing smooth operations. Align materials planning parameters to balance the supply and demand plans while stabilizing the supply chain. Manage materials data, ensuring changes are updated at origin rather than downstream to improve the quality of master data feeding into the demand and supply plan.
