- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in a HR role.
- Experience in HR business partnering, people programs, or other people-related roles.
- Experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the People Operations’ Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area and product area.
- Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from more senior leaders when needed.
- Identify key business/product and/or market areas to build network and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory of Google-wide HR policies, and the People Operations’ Menu of Services. Navigate the ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers, managers, and leaders.
