We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Product Owner who will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, and execute a roadmap to expand and maintain our Adobe Workfront instance as well as supporting our growing user base.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, vendors, data scientists, IT architects, delivery teams, and others to develop, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap
- Analyze marketing challenges, lead requirements gathering, provide subject matter expertise, draft capability statements, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to design effective solutions
- Manage the product backlog and provide prioritization guidance to internal and vendor delivery teams
- Intake, prioritize, and lead the resolution of user issues and platform defects
- Establish and execute governance processes for the management of system administers and users
- Build collaborative relationships to drive high-quality execution across organizational, functional, and geographical lines
- Support testing processes with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations
- Serve as the subject matter expert and educate stakeholders on platform capabilities
- Participate as needed in standups, requirements gathering, demos, and broader organizational governance meetings
- Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations, resource planning, and activity prioritization
- Manage applicable budgets to ensure efficient and on-budget delivery of roadmap objectives
- Regularly present roadmap, status, and other updates to multiple levels of the organization

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience directly managing a large and complex Workfront instance within a matrix organization and/or direct experience consulting on complex Workfront implementations
- Experience developing and managing a large-scale product roadmap
- Knowledge of workflow and digital asset management strategies and technologies
- Experience managing and partnering with external vendors and agencies
- Experience with agile processes and principles including translating stakeholder needs into capabilities, features, and user stories
- Experience leading cross-cultural and cross-functional teams towards a common goal

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
