- Conduct various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary matters
- As required, contribute to the rollout of People projects and initiatives
- Will be dedicated to the support of Moody's Investors Service

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, autonomy, and a sense of priorities.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Ability to use discretion and handle uncertainty, change, and ambiguity effectively.
- Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers and influence them.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior professional experience in or with an EMEA country other than France (Italy, Spain, etc.) will be highly regarded.
