Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HRIS Reporting and Security Controller. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) by developing comprehensive and user-friendly reports, ensuring the accuracy of data, and fortifying the security and confidentiality of HR data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HRIS, reporting, data accuracy, and security, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Report Development:
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Design and develop custom reports using HRIS tools to meet the needs of various departments.
- Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of reports to support informed decision-making.
- Data Accuracy:
- Implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Develop and implement procedures for ongoing data validation and correction.
- Data Security:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect HRIS data from unauthorized access and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of data security protocols, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and enhance data protection measures.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all HRIS reporting processes, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for end-users.
- Develop and update security documentation, including policies and procedures related to HR data protection.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions for HR and other relevant teams on utilizing HRIS reports effectively, securely, and accurately.
- Offer support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with HRIS reporting, data accuracy, or security.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to understand evolving business needs and ensure that HRIS reporting aligns with organizational goals.
- Work closely with IT security to stay updated on the latest security threats and implement proactive measures.
