- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software space.
- Experience with clients in the enterprise cyber-security or IT field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and developing a team supporting both business and career development.
- Knowledge of market trends in cyber-security and cloud.
- Ability to build relationships, present to executives across security and IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption for customer expansion.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

In this role, you will lead a Sales team and grow the cyber-security business market across accounts in assigned territories. You will build relationships, and align partners’ value proposition to customer needs.

- Hire, motivate, develop, and lead a team of specialists to grow and exceed their annual and quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with Google Sales organization to develop scaled strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight.
- Explore and understand customer requirements on business and technical levels, and engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
- Generate a plan to ensure engagement into new Google Cloud accounts, and manage cross-functional partners in implementation projects and agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
