Job purpose (Job summary):
The candidate for this position should expect to be part of an exciting 10-week summer internship program offering opportunities to work with global teams, learn about Invesco and how we do business, connect with senior leaders, and build networks with other interns. You will be part of our STS team and will be responsible for day-to-day support of various projects and team initiatives within one of our diverse functions. The STS internship program is designed for you to experience our culture of empowerment, inclusion and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver end to end technology solutions. Build one or more of the following core capabilities (business analysis, project management, application development, web development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure engineering)
Learn the Invesco business model and growth strategy (product, investment, sales, operations, and corporate services)

Skills/Competencies:
Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with diverse groups
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively and give presentations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, including macros and pivot tables
Technical course work, relevant technology work experience, etc.
Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
Current college junior or senior working toward an undergraduate degree
Demonstrated academic achievement or (3.5 GPA)
