We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team for our location in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Manufacturing Engineering Function specific responsibilities:
- ME Safety tracking and communication of GEMBA items
- Maximo orders and tracking
- ME Monthly scorecard updates and actions
- ME Monthly SIPOC updates and actions
- ME Monthly PQC slide deck
- ME Monthly Supply Chain slide deck
- ME Staff Calendar Management
- Coordination and alignment
- Staff Notes and Actions
- ME function PO creation and tracking
- Budget tracking
- ME Capital and Expense tracking for projects in Ariba
- ME Function communication
- ME Concur
- ME Safety tracking and communication of GEMBA items
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Four year experience/education requirement accomplished through one of the following: Bachelors degree, associates degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or at least four years of relevant experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Previous Admin Assistant experience is preferred.
- Experienced with MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Experience with Calendar Management.
- Previous experience arranging and booking domestic and international travel preferred.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to identify and to appropriately protect confidential information.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be Self-driven and adaptable, with strong Time Management and Prioritization skills.
- Pay starting at $23.75/HR or higher, based on experience level.
- Ability to work 1st Shift: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM (Felxible)
