About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use):10 Responsibilities:
- Conduct usability tests and heuristic studies
- Partner with Product Managers to design workflows from conception to completion using Figma.
- Perform design quality assurance on all projects and effectively communicate feedback to Developers.
- Thoughtful and functional design approach to all projects.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests and shifting priorities.
- Develop enterprise-wide standard components, patterns, and solutions that meet brand and business requirements
- Promote accessibility by incorporating WCAG guidelines into designs
- 3-5 years of UX design experience. FinTech knowledge/experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in HCI, Design or a related field
- Skilled using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript) and responsive/adaptive design
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate in meetings and in documentation form. Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
