We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will support the Salesforce Country Leader, BeLux and AVP, Sales with their day-to-day activities.
The position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to manage internal and external relationships, ability to work with senior executives, and good communication skills. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering value and working in a high-powered, collaborative environment.
Key tasks include:
Calendar management and alignment for the aforementioned executives.
Travel arrangements (domestic and international), including purchasing and expense reporting.
Prioritisation and coordination of multiple work activities within tight deadlines.
Application of initiative and judgement within established guidelines.
Organisation of employee events, supporting team comms.
In addition, this role will be involved in key country level operational initiatives and programs, such as key events, volunteering, country comms and enablement.
5+ years of experience supporting senior management.
Fluent in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French is preferred.
Bright, high-energy individual, with a passion for learning.
Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage tasks and projects in a structured way.
Strong teamwork skills; and a strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
Good relationship management skills, with the ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
Strong mail, slides and calendaring skills (Gmail and Gcal experience a plus).
Salesforce experience or experience with the Salesforce application is a plus.
This position is preferably based in Brussels, but other locations will be considered for the right candidate.
