How will you make an impact in this role? As SE I, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. At the core of Software Engineering, every member of the team must be able to demonstrate the following technical, functional, leadership and business core competencies, including:
- Design, development, troubleshooting, support and debugging of software development using Microservice Architecture.Understand the existing set of monolithic applications, break down into microservices based architecture or other solutions that aligns with both business and technology strategies.Analyses requirements/ user stories to appropriately support design activities.Performs technical aspects of software development for assigned applications, takes technical responsibility for all stages in the software development process.Performs hands-on design, and development of scalable and reliable systems, build highly performant systems.Functions as a development member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices.Contributes to decisions about tools, methods and approaches.Coaching, mentoring and ensuring team adheres to best industry practices for code quality and engineering excellence.Contributes code, conducts code reviews for team and builds test cases, ensures all engineers adhere to SDLC standards/processes.Performs ongoing refactoring of code and continuously finds opportunity to improve product.Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative & new technologies to solve existing business needs and predict future challenges.Ensures timely completion and quality product, including documentation and other deliverables produced by engineering team.Understand the business needs & design high quality software applications in timely manner to fulfil those needs.Influencing team members with creative changes and improvements by challenging status quo and demonstrating risk taking.
