Job Summary Seeking a skilled Field Marketing Manager to help build and execute field marketing programs for our North America regions. The Field Marketing Manager will deliver programs to drive awareness, influence and engagement to generate pipeline as we ramp up our North America presence. The ideal candidate is a B2B marketer with a track record of partnering with regional sales teams and managing demand generation programs to drive strong sales results. We’re seeking someone with a combination of strategic thinking, collaborative decision making, relationship building, and a desire to think outside the box. The role will sit within our Marketing team and will involve working closely with sales, business development, partnerships and customer success. Must be located in the West, Mountain or Central time zone. Role & Responsibilities
- Define region specific marketing plans that support the regional sales strategy
- Create and oversee online and offline events to promote net-new sales opportunities, improve existing sales opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships
- Plan and execute high quality owned or sponsored roundtables, workshops, meetups, executive breakfasts/dinners, customer-led panels, and partner events, etc.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to understand specific market priorities
- Oversee promotion and outreach efforts pre/post event, including direct mail, email, social and cold calling
- Track, measure and communicate program results, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
- Ensure programs and event details are on brand and consistent across all channels
- Support on larger events in the North America region such as tradeshows, user conferences roadshows, customer summits,
- Lead, manage and implement key industry events – live and digital – inclusive of logistics, coordination with speakers, budget, sales enablement and promotion plans (web, email, social) before, during and after the event
- Communicate results to leadership; adjust tactics as needed to achieve goals; ensures all projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Writes, edits, designs, and proofs marketing content for field programs
- Work closely with other marketing partners within the team to align strategy across all initiatives and campaigns
