Responsibilities
- Plan and execute acquisition campaigns to drive NCA / NAA (new card acquisitions) for propriety products through digital and direct marketing channels
- Develop Member-Get-Member (MGM) program across products through digital, partner channels and AMEX platform to meet and exceed NAA targets
- Manage end-to-end acquisition campaigns and shopping mall promotion from concept to execution, including agency briefing, backend setup, segmentation, materials production, performance tracking
- Collaborate with Central team on referral journey enhancement, new MGM capabilities and test & learn initiatives to deepen MGM penetration
- Monitor channel performance and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Understand end to end e-apply and MGM process and ensure marketing collaterals are in compliance with internal and local regulatory guidelines and risk policies
- Work with different Line of Businesses and functional groups within and outside Hong Kong market on program execution; Support marketing materials update and development
- Manage A&P budget, program fulfillment and Cardmember disputes
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market landscape
Qualification requirements
- University degree in Business or related disciplines with 1-2 years marketing experience
- Strong project management skills with basic knowledge on digital marketing
- Ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking skill
- Ability to drive execution, optimize resources, and develop innovative solutions
- Analytical, attention to details and processes
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking in matrix environment
- Strong Will to Win with sound business acumen and marketing sense
