OnsiteRaytheon is seeking a Property Administrator to coordinate property control activities, and ensure government, customer and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and regulations.
The Property Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer and maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support property lifecycle (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, relief of stewardship, or contract closure).
- Perform audits and complete analysis by creating, reviewing, approving, and correcting property records, reports, and systems.
- Update property databases as property items transition between customer locations.
- Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Routinely assess procedures and provide suggestions for streamlining processes.
- Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Support internal and third-party audits and drive corrective actions identified from those activities.
- Generate, provide, and present property reporting information and metrics for various programs.
- Conduct physical inventory activities of customer property, including records reconciliation and reporting.
- Complete property closeout activities including disposition actions and completing property loss reports.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Physical inventory and/or Material Handling
- Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and ability to read and apply regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Generate and interpret various types of reports to identify process disconnects, system errors, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to forge positive relationships with customers both internal and external to drive required compliance behaviors.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Additional Desired Experience and Skills:
- Government property administrator experience.
- NPMA certification
- SAP experience or other property management system.
- Experience working with government contracts.
- Supporting DCMA and customer audits.
Education:
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
