Growing together. If you are located in the southern region, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with South Region to manage financial and operational performance
- Supports regional finance leader to development of business/financial case for specific initiatives and capital management
- Leads monthly business reviews with Area directors
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant, high-impact financial experience
- Exceptional financial acumen
- Experience communicating complex thoughts in a clear, concise, and timely manner both in written and oral form
- Ability to work independently with key business executives (Finance, operations, clinical technology, etc) to evaluate business processes and key drivers of operational and business performance
- Ability to anticipate issues, assess implications and implement appropriate action plans
- Able to partner with the business and guide decisions to ensure operating and financial performance objectives are met
- Able to proactively identify financial and operating issues and partner with the region to find solutions
- Demonstrated combination of creativity and discipline applied to execution of scalable new growth initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacy or PBM
- Reside in South region
- Solid analytics background and attention to details
- Excellent communication and organization skills
