Job Summary: The Airborne Surveillance RF department within the Space and Airborne System Integration and Test directorate is currently seeking an established Advanced Family of Systems (AFS) Test and Integration Engineer. This position is an onsite role. This role includes responsibility for engineering activities such as software and hardware integration, testing and troubleshooting inside lab and field environments. In addition, the responsible engineer needs to be an effective communicator, technical leader, and decision maker. This candidate is expected to interact frequently with program integrated product team leads and other engineers. This position requires both technical execution and frequent communication. This position is an onsite role. Relocation benefits are available. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Daily responsibilities may include integration and test of advanced RF antenna arrays, troubleshooting of components and test result reporting.
- Coordinating with cross functional product teams to determine Integration and testing priority and developing specific test procedures.
- Working closely with senior System Engineers in lab and field environments to verify system requirements.

- Typically requires a bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Basic familiarity with RF and Digital Signals Processing (DSP).
- Basic Familiarity with AESA design concepts
- Experience operating RF Test Equipment (Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, S-parameters)
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- AESA Integration and Test
- Design Verification Test and Acceptance Test planning and execution (Requirements verification and validation)
- Digital antenna calibration
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- FPGA SW/FW controls and interfaces
- Production process development, evaluation, automation, and innovation
- Computer networking and troubleshooting
- Flight test support
- Environmental testing and qualification
- MATLAB, LabVIEW, C++, Linux OS
