Job Requisition ID # 24WD78206 Position Overview Do you enjoy working in a team environment? Are you someone who loves figuring things out? Can you translate sales strategy and goals into concrete relevant steps that your team can follow? Can you inspire others? You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. This is a hybrid position, and you will have a combination of onsite and remote work. You must be based in the Denver, CO area. Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of 6-10 Business Development Representatives
- You will increase revenue by managing important plans and sales performance for the Business Development organization by guiding teams to identify new sales pipeline and net-new revenue
- Lead the activities of a team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management in a SaaS, ARR, or MRR revenue environment
- Collaborate with internal Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Marketing, Demand Generation and Channel partners
- You will direct a team with using SMART plans to achieve corporate goals
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
- Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and quarterly performance
- 2+ years Inside Sales Management experience (people management) or equivalent sales experience
- 4+ Years sales experience in an inside-sales
- Do you have experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers' pain points? Do you set a positive tone for your team with every word and deed?
