Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing and deploying reverse logistics programs in a global environment.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in IT systems/IT automation and project tools.
- Experience in Value Recovery operations.
- Knowledge of SQL or other querying language and proficiency in basic data visualization tools.
- Be responsible for project and metrics management, delivery, and driving process improvements throughout the entire Value Recovery supply chain.
- Work closely with many cross-functional teams within the supply chain including Global Infrastructure, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commodity Management to ensure optimizing the recovery value of excess and obsolete components and ensuring that operational and strategic projects are implemented on a timely basis.
- Harvest key components from equipment, sales of components within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) open market to reliable parties for reuse, or destruction of Intellectual property items and recycling and recovery of the raw materials.
- Work closely with our internal and external stakeholders and closely manage and monitor the performance metrics and systems improvements.
