As the Director of Field Marketing for Germany & Austria, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Industry GTM team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing in Central Europe, you will orchestrate strategic initiatives aimed at driving demand generation, fostering customer engagement, and achieving growth targets within the region. This leadership position requires a dynamic and empathetic leader with extensive experience in industry marketing, ideally within a large enterprise software company or top industry. Key Responsibilities: Leadership:
- Foster a culture of excellence within the Industry marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive professional growth and performance.
- Actively participate in the Central Europe Marketing Leadership team to drive growth, formulate strategy, and improve overall team performance.
- Collaborate with EMEA and Global marketing teams, as well as sales leadership, to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans tailored to the German & Austrian markets.
- Orchestrating cross-channel marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital strategies, strategic events, executive programs, and Salesforce Innovation Centre engagements, to drive alignment with business objectives and achieve marketing targets.
- Apply data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives and drive performance across the industry GTM activities.
- Analyze customer data to effectively target and engage key demographics, align marketing plans with sales objectives, and increase impact and engagement over time.
- Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders, particularly sales leaders, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business priorities.
- Bridge communication gaps between sales and marketing teams, ensuring clear understanding and support of top-down decisions and actions to get results.
- Lead the development and execution of annual industry marketing plans, taking accountability for budget management and quarterly targets.
- Monitor and optimize marketing metrics to ensure measurable and accountable results, with a focus on lead generation and conversion efficiency.
- Foster collaboration across multiple teams to empower Trailblazer customers and drive advocacy for [Company Name].
- 10-15 years of professional experience with a minimum of 10 years in marketing roles.
- Proven track record of leading and developing diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong background in holistic digital marketing strategies, with expertise in using digital channels for customer engagement and lead generation.
