What you’ll be doing as a Senior Business Strategy Architect… Business Strategy Architect works closely with internal and external collaborators to help think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges as you drive customer efficiencies, cost savings, and quick innovation available on the Salesforce platform. The focus is to meet our customers' success at LATAM for the multiples industries, preferably at Finance Services Industry deeper knowledge. Applying standard processes and representing Salesforce as a SME. They will possess skills and abilities as a consultant/architect with shown skills in these key areas with the consistent track record of providing transformational roadmaps, end-to-end business solutions, support pre-sales engagements and ability to align diverse stakeholders on a common path forward, ensuring Business and IT executives embrace joint ownership for results.
- Work closely with Salesforce cross-functional customer account teams to ensure customers are successful with our platform. Customer Success is #1
- Act as a Trusted Advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud customers on Advisory and pre-Sales engagements
- Work closely with customers and partners to co-create a vision and strategy, guide implementation projects to follow Salesforce standard methodologies and align with our product roadmap, so resulting solutions meet customer long-term business objectives
- Deliver billable implementation consulting and advisory services, including customer facing workshops, agile methodology, architecture roadmap, training and enablement to customer and partner teams
- Develop a transformation roadmap that bridges vision to execution in a practical and iterative way
- Assess customer’s business & technology requirements, and translate into technical solutions
- Engagements may also include planning, organization, and leadership roles within customer and partner project teams
- Nurture and manage cultural change and develop adoption strategies for solutions and processes.
- Continuously developing your personal expertise on Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud, related products and technologies.
- Giving to thought-leadership, and sharing knowledge / standard processes within the Salesforce community
- Salesforce Industries & Platform Experience
- BIAN knowledge or experience
- Convincing consulting presence and comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives
- Application Development experience.
- Agile project methodology experience.
