Job Description: A performance-driven FP&A professional who has experience supporting finance leadership in analytical and reporting needs. This role is relationship-oriented and will execute day-to-day FP&A activities alongside your teammates located in Tampa. You will provide financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting, develop strong processes and report out frequently to leadership. The wage range for this position is $65000 - $74000/year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required. (No relocation assistance offered.) Responsibilities:
- Lead cost reviews with various business leaders to support reporting, budget, and forecast deliverables
- Develop monthly and multi-year forecasting, partnering closely with FP&A leader
- Identify opportunities for simplification and spearhead implementation across the group
- Partner with other business units to leverage best practices and develop strong reporting packages that can be used with CEO and CFO
- Consolidate Cost Center activities, and prepare presentation material for upper-management
- Coordinate variance analysis of budget-to-actuals through cross-functional collaboration with accounting and the business
- Reconciling systems (SAP/Cognos/Anaplan) and taking corrective actions
- Document current state processes, where they don’t exist, and be comfortable training others
- Work actively with cross-functional teams to drive project completion impacting various accounting and finance areas.
- Amortize capital assets and track ‘work breakdown structures’ (WBS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 Years of experience of financial analyst
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work well with others
- Well organized and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel Knowledge Required
- PMR, Cognos and SAP knowledge
- SQL/snowflake/PowerBI/Anaplan Experience
- Advanced PowerPoint
