Meta is a greatly diverse company, with teams spread around the world working on many different products and systems - from engineers building a new Facebook or Instagram feature, sales partners putting together a compelling deck, and safety and security teams working on safeguarding users' experiences on our platforms. The Comms Measurement team is responsible for helping them communicate internal statistics related to their jobs with external audiences in an accurate and defensible manner. The team is also responsible for assessing the impact of the work from the broader Communications team. In this role, you will vet and provide feedback on public-facing initiatives that involve Meta internal data, including many of the major projects and initiatives being pursued company-wide. That means, for instance, performing risk assessment, triaging requests, checking queries, consulting specialists, providing strategic guidance, reframing statements, and more. You will also have the opportunity to conduct your own research in service of the Communication team. The ideal candidate has strong research and communications instincts — someone who can understand complex research but also knows how to best present insights to various audiences. They're also adept at calling attention to errors and potential red flags, even to company leadership, while being constructive in their advice and feedback. Being detail-oriented and having a critical eye are musts.
