Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 5 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
- Industry standard Operations or Project management certifications (like PMP©).
- Experience in leading projects in a highly diverse and dynamic global setup.
- Experience with third-party business processes/vendor management.
- Ability to identify and improve opportunities at scale, and experience working with the data quality process.
- Stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence and build consensus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage medium-to-large scale projects and operations in a global setup. Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks/delays and team performance to teams, executives, and other sponsors.
- Understand internal tools, processes, and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders internal and external to T&S across Product, Policy, and Engineering teams and drive projects that improve the overall quality of vendor operations and make our products safer.
- Drive Turn Around Time (TAT), decision quality SLA adherence across vendors. Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices across the vendors.
