The Employer Installation Manager is responsible for the installation of assigned accounts while driving employee growth, performance, and meeting business objectives and metrics. This position will support our overall growing customer base while providing leadership and management to the team. If you are located in Las Vegas, Nevada, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges. This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. Our office is located at 2720 North Tenaya, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days from home. We offer weeks of paid training. The hours during training is to be discussed. Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation of assigned accounts and direct structure building and billing set up
- Oversee overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents
- Research installation issues and develop customers specific solutions
- Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
- Manage and be accountable for employees and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work 8am -5pm
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Access (create, edit, format, manipulate databases)
- Healthcare industry experience
- Process improvement experience
- Reside within commutable distance of Las Vegas, Nevada
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
- Ability to communicate effectively, understand information, and speak clearly and professionally
