We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Consulting Manager – Digital Transformation to join our team. You will bring a mix of creative problem solving, intellectual curiosity, and solid communication and digital product management skills. You will work with customers to identify their needs and develop solutions tailored to meet their requirements. You will also lead opportunities and develop proposals with leadership to ensure our customers find value in our Digital Transformation offerings. You will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and previous experience in consumer centric innovation and digital transformation. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle, from strategy, design, development, management, to end of life
- Manage customer expectations and translate customer feedback to product development and feature requests
- Leverage market insights to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities to improve current product offerings
- Serve as the product champion and subject matter expert for business and functional partners
- Nurture client relationships and support business development
- Develop knowledge in emerging technologies and enhance team operational practices
- Become an early adopter of industry trend identification
- Lead projects, develop strategies, and manage change
- Represent customer needs and develop solutions tailored to meet their requirements
- Lead sales opportunities and proposal development discussions in partnership with leadership
- Accountable for delivering product performance against expectations
- MBO goal achievement
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare
- 5+ years of digital experience
- 5+ years of experience in Digital platforms and customer engagement development in a B2B and/or B2C Technology organization
- 5+ years of experience leading projects, developing strategies, and managing change
- 5+ years of experience with Product Management Life Cycle (PMLC), Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, technology, and strategy
- 5+ years of experience in managing customer expectations and translating customer feedback to product development and feature requests
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile product management
- Ability to represent customer needs and develop solutions tailored to meet their requirements
- Ability to lead sales opportunities and proposal development discussions with leadership
- Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a solid ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels
- Demonstrated passion for identifying and solving customer problems
- Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to be comfortable presenting and working with senior executives
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience or certification in the following mythologies:
- Design Thinking
- Human-centered design
- PMP
- Six Sigma
- Change management
- Proven growth mindset: able to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams
- Ability to be collaborative: team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization
