ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Leading a global RFID apparel quality team to drive end-to-end variable data flow improvements to meet customer quality expectation for Avery Dennison Apparel Solution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Establish strong Culture of Quality, quality assurance and customer centric focus for apparel quality.
- Lead the end-to-end quality improvement of current data solutions and automation processes, the ensure the quality level of production data at production sites and customer expectations are met.
- Review current end to end data development workflow and testing plan, identify CTQ (Critical-to-quality) and improvement opportunities.
- Develop process controls, check gates and audit plan for the front-end development processes, based on the defined CTQ.
- Develop key metrics for measuring data quality, and prepare regular report out to the stakeholders.
- Lead the root cause analysis to resolve external and internal complaints on data quality issues.
- Lead general quality improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities for automating processes within VD workflow and co-ordinate with cross functional teams to drive automation projects.
- Collaborate with Data operations teams and provide training to ensure latest practices and issues are shared.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, investigative mindset and a keenness to resolve and find the cause of problems.
- Commercial acumen, a strategic thinker and have a capacity to be highly organized and work independently while coordinating multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines.
- Strong interest in information technology solutions and data analysis including a knowledge of spreadsheet software and database creation such as G Suite from Google and Excel.
- Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality with an ability to establish and maintain good relationships both internally and with our customers.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English is a must. Other language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years working experience from quality management role.
- Willingness to be flexible towards working hours and occasional off-site travel.
