What a Product Analyst does at Visa:
Visa DPS is searching for a Product Analyst, Commercialization Go-to-Market, based in the Denver area to play a critical role in the Visa DPS Go-to-Market team.
The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and consumption of product solutions from conception to deployment and ultimately, client consumption. This includes playing a pivotal role in the process to meet Visa standards of quality and compliance while enabling sales and client solutions.
In this role you will oversee, contribute to and report on the formal governance process to ensure, commercialization, pilot, and delivery standards are met as Products evolve from central development to revenue-generating deployments with regional clients. S/he will contribute to and adhere to consistent governance steps for product/solution GTM to meet Visa Standards, ensuring we have consistent standards, definitions, and Key Performance Indicators to determine when products are “ready”.
You will be responsible for driving, and in many cases developing, the assets required to ensure GTM readiness which include significant cross-collaboration. The analyst must not just oversee but develop the assets needed to drive towards delivery, oftentimes getting into the details of a technical solution.
The analyst will also monitor metrics tied to Sales and Product performance, and drive continuous improvements to messaging, Sales training, documentation, localized delivery, pricing, marketing, etc. S/he will continually refine go-to-market strategy, commercialization process, and sales enablement programs based on performance data, market research, and customer feedback.
Essential Functions:
- Drive product GTM solutions oftentimes developing assets required for GTM including internal requirements.
- Develop and/or review the required documentation to meet Visa standards of go-to-market quality.
- Oversee the release calendar and ensure knowledge of what was released, what is “sellable” and how to communicate. Oversee timing from product development to client consumable.
- Support Go-to-market efforts including translating deliverables into consumable assets.
- Develop reporting and governance of usage of solutions versus projections.
- Manage and execute on special projects aimed at enhancing our GTM position.
- Report on prospect and client progress, solution engagement and revenue.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
- You have prior work experience in fast moving environment, working in a cross functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects
- Previous experience in financial services and/or payments preferred
- Passion for bringing solutions to market in an efficient and quality manner
- Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) acumen
- Strong attention to detail
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,600.00 to 126,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
