Job Description: You are: As a Healthcare/Pharma Vertical Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market penetration within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors. Your primary focus will be on selling, deploying, and supporting our clients through the Pitney Bowes product offerings, which includes Shipping, Inbound Tracking, Analytics, and Locker solutions. You will:
- Own and manage a direct sales quota, working closely with prospects and clients in the Healthcare/Pharma vertical.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and tailoring our product offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Work closely with product management and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify enhancements and features specific to the Healthcare/Pharma sector.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned target market to achieve quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Constantly cultivate relationships with prospective customers.
- Supplement lead generation activities with personal prospect contacts.
- Stay current with new product knowledge, technology, services and industry developments. Provides highly focused ROI and use cases to client to support closing the opportunity.
- Provide overlay resources with sales and technical expertise in healthcare product solutions
- Lead sales process for healthcare opportunities in partnership with EAE
- Identify opportunities for additional product sales
- Work hands on with prospects and clients to demonstrate and communicate the value of solutions through the sales cycle from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
- Engage effectively with multiple buyer personas (C-Suite, IT, Student Experience, etc.) within accounts
- At least 5 years proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the Healthcare/Pharma industry.
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or related technology solutions
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Proven ability to personally execute the solutions sales process, developing new and building account relationships to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and business results
- Proven use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
