Job Description What you get to do in this role:
- Lead a team of highly skilled Operational Technology Solutions Consultants, partnering with customers to co-create solutions and expanding ServiceNow’s presence in the market.
- Domain expertise in Operational Technology and ServiceNow ideal
- Proven track record solution selling in large, global software companies; skilled at operating in a matrixed sales environment
- Collaborate across stakeholder groups, including regional sales teams, solution specialists, and geo leaders, to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts
- Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high performing, high potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and growing
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Solution Consulting talent
- Provide voice-of-the-business internal to ServiceNow driving market strategy and competitive take outs.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by our complete suite of OT products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- This leader will exemplify the "Hungry and Humble" ServiceNow mantra to extend the reach and influence of Solution Sales
- What you get to do in this role: Lead and manage a global team of OT Solution Consultants specialists to drive the GTM, capture new markets and maximize NNACV
- Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.
- Experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations or equivalents.
- OT, IoT or other relevant experience
- Experience with ServiceNow’s a plus: ITOM Visibility, ServiceGraph Connectors, ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB is highly valued.
- Experience working in a fast-growing tech company including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same
- Understanding of the sales process and being a trusted advisor for Specialist Sales, account management and the extended sales organization as a leader of an overlay team.
- Proven ability to bridge the Strategic “what” of market outcomes, to the technology “How” of ServiceNow’s approach, in the context of compelling financial “why” of improved margins, agility, and growth
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment
