Job Description We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Acquisition Strategist to join our esteemed global digital acquisition, strategy, and ad operations team (DASO). This pivotal person will partner with our Strategic Events, Field Marketing, and ABM teams to drive digital strategy and campaign execution across the globe. As a Senior Digital Acquisition Strategist, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration across teams, synthesizing global perspectives, and identifying strategic opportunities that contribute to the realization of our objectives within DASO. You will act as a liaison for DASO, serving as the point of contact for across Strategic events, Field Marketing, ABM, and regional teams executing media in market. Your role involves acting as the connective link between DASO teams and inter-teams as required, emphasizing strategic thought leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of our business and digital activation. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in digital planning and strategy, adept stakeholder management skills, proficiency in media execution, and ad operations. We are seeking a passionate individual who embodies the qualities of a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer. A proven track record of pushing the boundaries to drive innovation that generates positive business impact is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should be well-versed in media and AdTech, with expertise or familiarity in at least two or more areas within the digital advertising landscape (primarily display programmatic, SEM, paid social ads, analytics and attribution) Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the ServiceNow Strategic Events, Field Marketing, and ABM teams to understand their digital needs.
- Co-own the relationship and outcomes with the regional digital teams to drive marketing qualified leads.
- Translate business goals into digital acquisition strategy, providing media plans and playbooks for optimal targeting, bidding and inventory strategy.
- Execute integrated digital programs in collaboration with the regional digital teams.
- Support 1:1 ABM / Industry specific launches for C-Suite and Executive programs.
- Activate global programs to help drive registration to events and webinars.
- Own the process of obtaining creative and tracking assets needed to launch campaigns.
- Work regional planners and Ad Ops for campaign optimizations and developing best practices that scale globally.
- Partner with Ad Ops on CM360 campaign architecture to ensure unified tracking across regions for reporting / dashboarding.
- Work with external partners such as ad technology companies and ad agencies to meet ServiceNow needs and evolve digital acquisition strategy
- Develop and deliver regular health check-ins, monthly summaries and QBRs for marketing stakeholders.
- Partner with finance for PR/PO and Invoicing reconciliation
- Ensure timely execution and linearity of spends.
- 8+ years of digital marketing / strategy / account management experience.
- Experience running large scale programs and complex client or stakeholder relationships.
- Strong experience developing strategic frameworks and operational workflows.
- Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting.
- Familiarity with the execution of digital advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in the digital advertising landscape and related technologies.
- AdTech / Ad Ops experience is essential.
- Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar ad tech and BI tools is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, relationship builder.
