Date Posted:2024-01-30 Country:United States of America Location:HND01: Interiors (Cargo) - Jamestown 2604 Highway 20 North, Jamestown, ND, 58401 USA Position Role Type:Onsite The Supply Chain Manager Operational Excellence, leads and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects/programs and serves as liaison between commodity management, IPT business leaders, operations, planning and line management; concentration on supplier delivery for at issue suppliers. You'll assess part issues and develop resolutions to meet production throughput, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. You’ll be responsible for working closely with our suppliers across the world to ensure we deliver affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customer's dynamic needs. We need a dedicated individual on our team who develops mechanisms for managing and monitoring operational part progress from kitting through shipment and for interventions and problem solving with planning as well as business leaders, commodity and functional managers. Ensuring that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals, you'll work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results and enhances profitability. There is a strong preference for this role to onsite in Jamestown, ND. However a hybrid schedule (typically working 2-4 days onsite) may be considered for an ideal candidate. This role may be eligible for relocation. Travel expectation would be approximately 25-30% but can fluctuate depending on needs of the business. Primary Responsibilities:

- Utilizes project management approach and process improvement discipline via fact based decision making, leading projects according to plan, including identifying and the mitigation of project risks
- Gather feedback and work to identify new improvement projects
- Implement improvement opportunities across our business
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Master’s degree in business or technical field preferred
- Meaningful experience working with suppliers
- Strong follow up skills
- Delivery assurance experience
- Experience organizing initiatives and processes
- Ability to craft clear communication
- Build positive relationships
- Possess excellent judgement and professional maturity
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with a variety of commodities is ideal
- Aerospace experience
